	Dorset Council Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management team are overseeing the scheme. Dorset Council operate the Cobb harbour and are contributing towards the budget.
	JBA Consulting are providing project management expertise and developing the design of the stabilisation works.
	Dorset Coast Forum, a neutral strategic coastal partnership, are leading on the community and stakeholder engagement.
	The Environment Agency are the main funder and their representatives sit on the Project Team & Board.
